Our firm takes pride in combining the traditional values of quality legal service and zealous representation with modern practice methods and technology. For example, we use computer telecommunications for access to various legal research materials that are not otherwise available locally, as well as traditional legal research tools. It’s all about getting the job done right.
Each matter is given an attorney’s personal attention throughout the course of representation, and the client is fully and regularly informed of the progress of his or her matter. Representation is always discreet and all matters are kept strictly confidential.
Our firm also provides high quality support services to other attorneys and law firms in the form of acting as trial counsel, support litigation services regarding complex motions, legal research and briefs, and appeals. Such services can be provided discreety if ao desired by retaining counsel.
We will meet with clients during evenings or on weekends or arrange to meet at their place of business or home when circumstances warrant. In cases of legal emergency, no appointment is necessary, just a telephone call.

Fees
We attempt to handle our clients' legal matters as economically and promptly as possible. Our fees are based upon the nature of the work involved and the time spent on the matter. Some matters are undertaken on an hourly basis. For other matters, a flat fee is appropriate. Sometimes a hybrid of both is used. In contingency cases, such as claims for personal injuries, the fee is a percentage of the amount recovered. We discuss fee arrangements before being retained to insure that our clients fully understand. We also provide a written retainer agreement, and provide detailed statements of services rendered with billing done usually monthly. For the convenience of our clients, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and most Credit and Debit Cards.
